Ben Platt is a strength to be reckoned with—and he's not slowing down anytime shortly. Platt, the Tony winner who too starred in "Pitch Perfect" and "The Politico," is lightning in a canteen. Platt came out as gay to his family at 13 and came out publicly in 2019. Unlike many gay actors, Platt was one of the few who has more or less always been out to the public.
